I am 23 years old and live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Nevada, Reno.

I started my fitness journey as a 2nd year college student - although I was an athlete my entire life. I was a gymnast and played soccer throughout my childhood, then started cheerleading in middle school, both school and competitively. Even as an athlete, I was a "thicker girl" ever since I was a child. I was extremely active - cheering 8+ hours a week in high school & couldn't seem to get into better shape. Looking back now, it was obviously due to my diet habits, which I did not yet understand.

I've been through every phase of fitness you can imagine - cardio bunny, under eating, eating clean/restricting foods, wandering around the gym, BBG, etc. I have now been lifting and counting macros on my own for almost 3 years. The awareness of properly fueling my body, as well as working out is a feeling of strength and empowerment that I cannot begin to describe. I love having control over my body, and by that I'm not only talking about my physique, but my health and how I feel.

In the last 2 years, my Instagram page has grown to 200,000+ followers. Although the follower count does not define me, it does allow me to spread my passion for this industry and help as many people as I possibly can in the process. I'm now a sponsored athlete for Gymshark and PEScience - both brands that I have strongly supported over the course of my fitness journey. I have never felt so in tune with myself - my goals, my dreams, my ambition, my motivation, my discipline, and my self love - and I feel so extremely blessed for the opportunities I have been given to not only have a platform to connect with all of you, but the opportunity to find myself and what I'm truly capable of.

Thank you so much for your support! I would not be here without you.

If im not working out or interacting with my clients i'm most likely on social media.
